So Fetch Hair: is committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied. Our hair extensions are 100% reusable & will last 6 months – 1 yr with proper care. Please note that each batch of virgin hair is unique and no bundle of hair is exactly the same. This is the nature of unprocessed virgin hair extensions. Please review your hair purchase before installing. If there are any problems with the hair, return the hair for exchange BEFORE USING or UNRAVELING the bundles.
An advantage of virgin hair is that it can be styled and processed just like your natural hair, however, we do not guarantee any hair that has been chemically altered after purchase. If you must chemically alter your hair, we strongly recommend you seek assistance from a professional stylist.

 

 SO FETCH HAIR TIPS

 

HOW TO SHAMPOO & CONDITION YOUR SO FETCH HAIR

  1. Washing hair is recommending with a sulfate free shampoo
  2. Rinse bundles with lukewarm water
  3. Apply conditioner
  4. Comb conditioner through bundles with a wide tooth comb
  5. Let conditioner sit for at least 15 min
  6. Rinse throughly with lukewarm water 
  7. Let bundles air dry
  8. Install (Do not cut wefts)

 

DAILY MAINTENANCE ON YOUR SO FETCH HAIR CURLY/ OR WAVY EXTENSIONS 

  1. Generously apply water using a spray bottle 
  2. Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner 
  3. Brush out all curls/waves with a denmen brush
  4. Let extensions air dry or use diffuser or low heat

 

HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR SO FETCH HAIR STRAIGHT/ WAVY EXTENSIONS 

  1. Use styling products very minimally to avoid product build up
  2. Co wash your straight or wavy bundles once or twice a week
  3. Avoid alcohol based products to keep extensions from drying out
  4. Brush hair daily

 

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR SO FETCH HAIR FRONTAL/ OR CLOSURE

  1. Due to the delicate nature of of closures/ frontals it is important to take extra care to prevent your laces from balding 
  2. Balding can be caused by excessive tugging, brushing, styling, or combing
  3. Do Not scratch with foreign objects i.e bobby pins, combs
  4. Do Not wash your laces vigorously or roughly 
  5. Gently comb lace unit
  6. Bleaching of knots are necessary to achieve a natural install, how ever if knots are bleached please seek professional help
  7. All frontal & closures last at least 2-3 months with proper care
