PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!!!!!

You are responsible for reading the following POLICY before booking your appointment. 

BOOKING:

1. Please make sure that your phone number is up to date on styleseat. If we need to reach out to you but cannot teach your because they number isn’t valid, we will be forced to cancel your appointment.

2. Be sure to create a login when booking an appointment. This is how you are able to "reschedule" or "cancel" your appointments.You are required too reschedule and cancel your own appointments.

3. Do not place an appointment if you do not already have your hair in your possession 

4. I Prefer to work with So Fetch Hair extensions & most of all they’re (frontals, closures, wigs). They have some of the most natural laces, and the best hair in my professional opinion. I can guarantee non tangling hair with curls that last! I also guarantee natural results with they’re lace products.  I can not guarantee results with any other lace or hair.  I do my best to ensure every client leaves with a flawless natural install but it is inevitable that the client listens to recommended products to ensure best results. You can purchase a So Fetch Frontal once booking your appointment & the hair on the website. The lace is not on hand so you will have to book your appointment 4 Buisness days in advance to insure your lace has time to arrive for you’re appointment.

5. All lace pieces must be dropped off to the studio 3 days prior to your appointment unless you have placed an order for a So Fetch Hair lace addition. NO EXCEPTIONS. Salon doors are open from 8-5pm please text 3144483387 to alert when your on your way to drop off.

6. Please take some time to add all the necessary add ons that you may need to your appointment. Due to time, it may not be possible to add them in later.

7. NO CALL NO SHOW will receive a full service charge+ no future appointment.

8. LATENESS 15 min grace period for regular clients  After 20min late your appointment will be cancelled. please be aware of other clients scheduled after you.

9. NO REFUNDS.

10.  I will not work with tracks that have been cut into smaller pieces.

11. I do not go behind work that was not done by me. (lace touch ups, sew in touch ups or take downs)

12. If you have curly extensions and want them straightened there is an additional +$50 fee.

AS A COURTESY:

13. No children or extra guests are allowed in the salon during your appointment. This includes parents, boyfriends, rides, visitors, and etc. They will be asked to leave.

14. If you are reusing hair extensions, make sure they are thoroughly cleaned, neatly organized, and separated by length into ziplock bags and/or clips.

15. Please arrive with extensions that are 100% dry, if your extensions have to be dried at your appointment there will be an additional $15 service added to your service ticket.
